Exhibit Setup Schedule
Exhibitors may set up in the Convention Center on Thursday, October 2nd, 2008, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The Monterey Convention Center will not accept advance shipments of Exhibit material.

Booth Accessories
Each Standard booth is 10' x 10' and is equipped with green draping, a 2' x 6' draped table and two chairs. Additional accessories, carpeting, and electrical may be ordered by consulting the Exhibitor Accessory Order Forms for the Convention Decorator.

Electrical Service
Electrical Service is NOT included in your booth package. Please consult the Convention Decorator Packet for electrical service.

Shipping and Storage (Drayage)
Assistance needed in storage or moving beyond the capacity of your own personnel, please consult the Convention Decorator Packet.

Breakdown of Booths
Dismantling of Exhibits may begin at the close of the show, 3:00 p.m. Saturday, October 4th, 2008. The Monterey Convention Center must be cleared by 7:00 p.m. Saturday.
