Monterey Conference Center
The Monterey Conference Center is located in the heart of downtown Monterey,
with excellent access to freeways and airports. Immediately adjacent is the
374 room Portola Plaza Hotel, which will serve as convention headquarters. There
will be over 3,000 square feet of exhibit space (
see floor plans below).
The exhibit space is fully carpeted and fully open without pillars. In addition,
we will be using six seminar rooms, capable of holding over 1,000 people. The
facility includes a refreshment area and bar service.
Exhibit Spaces
There are 150 available exhibit spaces. Each space is 10' x 10', and is equipped
with back draping. Multiple booth/bulk
space choices are available, but booths must be adjoining.
